01 · Designed 0-to-1 Website: How to systematically and strategically break down ambiguity?
Three weeks ago, there was no website—only a vision and a lot of complex technical jargon from a client in the healthcare AI sector. The business goal was to promote a life-saving product that uses radio-frequency tech to prevent and predict falls, through a trustworthy website that encourages users to adopt and purchase it.
I led my team in quickly moving from ambiguity to clarity using survey and user-testing data to inform design decisions and iterations.
02 · UX Research: Quantitative Data Analysis
I analyzed survey responses and visualized insights to reveal users’ expectations for the healthcare website and guide the information architecture, personas, journey maps, and flows.
03 · Competitive Analysis: Inspiration & Trends
Analyzing five healthcare competitors provided design patterns and market trends that supported the SWOT analysis and complemented survey insights on how to express through content and UX design.
04· Guiding and Supporting My Team to Deliver Results Efficiently: Establishing a Structured Framework for Desktop → Tablet → Mobile
Under my leadership, we moved quickly, iterating from v1 to v4, influencing product direction, securing executive buy-in by the 3rd meeting, and delivering 12+ responsive pages that meet business requirements and user needs. I’m also an IC working on design options for the Nav Bar, Homepage, Purchase and Pricing, Product and Feature, About Us, News, and interactive prototypes.
05· Test and Learn: Data-Informed Design Decisions
Usability, A/B testing data and feedback from caregivers and the client’s medical team informed rapid iterations, enabling us to build a working, scalable framework to iterate quickly and validate the design.
06· Handoff Documentation and Scalable Design System
Documented specs, shared components and spacing variables let devs build each breakpoint from the same source and let the team add pages without redrawing the basics.
